RESOURCE REGENERATION BUSINESS

COMPOSTING & FERTILIZING

  How do people and companies take care of their garbages in getting tight space reclaimed lands and also the environmental issues?  We have started to face the environment recycle issues, especially for companies.  In such circumstances, we are producing compost and fertilizer from sawdust that comes from wood processing company, wood waste, crushed wood chips, and food waste that comes from food factories and restaurants, with our many years of experience and technology.  Also, we propose a variety of environmentally recycling methods with a focus on composting and fertilizing, and contribute to building a sustainable society with environmentally-sound material cycle.
  Producing compost and fertilizer with stable qualities from different materials of waste is very difficult.  We are working to stabilize the quality of compost and fertilizer with our more than 30 years of experience, and our quality control and test by analyzing chemically in our own laboratory.

COMPOSTING & FERTILIZING BY SUBCRITICAL SYSEM

 We operate "subcritical system" to treat food waste in our factory in Yatomi as one of the treatment methods.  In this device, these food waste can be rapidly degraded to the level of peptides and amino acids by hydrolysis under the strong high pressure and temperature conditions.  Usually, it is common to mix woody material and food waste, and ferment them in the pits.  However, this method has some drawbacks that it takes a few months (usually 3-4 months) to complete fermentation of the materials and causes smell in the process of fermentation.  With this subcritical system, we succeeded in completing the primary fermentation in extremely short time with less smell because all processes are operated in sealed metal container.  We operate this system to ferment specially putrid food waste and produce compost and organic fertilizer.  Also, we continue to research the new applications to subcritical system, such as new types of compost, organic fertilizer, and mashes for livestocks.

ORGANIC SLUDGE (GREASE TRAP etc.) TREATMENT

 Kiba-Eco station is the treatment factory to treat the organic sludge and grease trap.  We don't only simply treat them but also transform into ferlizer and energy as valuable resources.  Also, the treated water that is removed from organic sludge and grease trap is re-used to adjust the moisture percentage of coompost fermentation.

ANALYSIS BUSINESS FOR SOIL, COMPOST, FERTILIZER, AND CROPS

 We operate our own analysis laboratory and it's one of the important facilities because it takes up the position to ensure the quality of our products and feedback the results to the fields.  On the other hand, we analyze the soils requested by farmers and green business relations, and suggest the design of rates of compost and fertilizer, and the promotion for the proper use of compost and fertilizer with our wealth of data and experience.  Moreover, our laboratory analysis is applicated in many cases, such as planning new recycling methods and developing new treated products.
34 ANALYSIS OF SOIL
 Analysis of "Chemical Properties (ingredients contained in the soil)" and "Physical Properties (ratio of vapor, liquid, and solid in the soil)"  This is the first step to build designs of rates of compost and fertilizer to make land better.
34 ANALYSIS OF COMPOST
 Analysis of chemical properties and physical properties as well as "Analysis of Soil"  In addition, the quantities of carbon and nitrogen (C/N ratio) are analyzed to examine the perfection of the compost.
34 ANALYSIS OF CROPS
 Chemical analysis of the nutritional value of crops.  The consumers always look for safe and nutritious crops what are certified as scientific data.  Therefore, we analyze crops requested by farmers and consumers.
34 CULTURAL EXAMINATION
 Cultural examination is whether seeds can grow properly on the chemically balanced soil mixed with soil and fertilizer or not.  Also the forms of the plant's leaves and roots are observed to determine whther the growth process is normal.

AGRICULTURE CONSULTING BUSINESS

  We propose a utilizing method of cultivation "Focus on Soil."  We suggest our agricultural materials suitable to grow heathy crops and vegetables, based on the results of the fields soil which are analyzed in our laboratory.
